NORSE FR® apparel is covered by a limited lifetime warranty from purchase date. If the FR product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, said product will be repaired, replaced, or have the cost of the product refunded to the customer. This warranty does not cover FR product damaged due to misuse, accident, modification (including alterations and embroidery), improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Reasonable discretion will be used by the customer service representative to determine the validity of warranty claims.
